Salmon Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
| Salmon | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Whole wheat bread crumbs | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup commercial sour cream | ||
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Celery | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Chicken broth | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Spoon mixture into a 10-inch microwave tube pan.
Cover.
Microwave at HIGH 5 minutes.
Rotate dish.
Microwave at MEDIUM 7 to 8 minutes.

Microwave at HIGH 5 minutes.
Rotate dish.
Microwave at MEDIUM 7 to 8 minutes.
