Ingredients

 Butter8 Ounce
 Onions4 , chopped
 Cheddar Cheese4 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Tomato sauce3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Worcestershire sauce4 Tablespoon
 Sherry1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salmon2 Cup (16 tbs), drained, flaked
 French bread, for serving
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan melt butter and saute onions gently such that soft.
2. Mix in cheese, sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sherry and seasonings and stir constantly such that smooth.
3. Add salmon and blend well.

SERVING
4. Cut French bread cut into 1 -inch cubes and serve along with the fondue.
