Salmon Fish Pie Recipe

Ingredients

 
Crust for 2 pies plus top crust for each
 
4 c. mashed potatoes (or left over potatoes)
 
2 c. salmon or any flaked, cooked, fish
 
1/2 c. chopped onion
 
3 tbsp. butter milk

Directions

1. Cook potatoes, then mash.
2. Saute onion in butter, then add to mashed potatoes.
3. Add fish, mash, then add enough milk to make it nice and smooth.
4. Fill unbaked pie crusts.
5. Add top crust to pie.
6. Bake at 450° for 15 minutes then at 350° for 20 minutes.
