Salmon Fillets With A Mayonnaise Mask Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 egg, separated
2-pound salmon fillet
Paprika
Directions
Mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice, and egg yolk.
Beat egg white until stiff, and fold in.
Place salmon fillet on piece of heavy paper or foil.
Cut out paper around fish.
Grill salmon until fish flakes easily.
Swirl top with the mayonnaise mask, and then sprinkle with paprika.
Broil for 2 minutes under high heat.
