Ingredients

 Lettuce leaves8
 Hard-boiled eggs4 , hardboiled
 15 g. / 1/2 oz. butter, softened
 2.5 ml. / 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
 50 g. / 2 oz. smoked salmon, chopped
 4 thin slices lemon, twisted
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Arrange the lettuce leaves on four small serving plates.
Remove the yolks from the eggs and mash them in a small bowl with the butter, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste and salmon.
Pile back into the egg whites, top with the lemon slices and serve on the lettuce leaves.
