Ingredients

 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, cooked, drained
 
2 tablespoons chopped pimento
 
2 (5-oz.) salmon steaks, poached
 
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of onion soup
 
1/3 cup bottled tartar sauce
 
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
 
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
 
2 teaspoons lemon juice
 
Chopped parsley
 
Paprika

Directions

1. Cut 2 (12 inch squares) of parchment paper. Butter 1 side of each parchment square; place squares buttered-side up. Place broccoli spears and pimento in 1 corner of each square. Top with fish.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together soup, tartar sauce, flour, dill weed and lemon juice; spoon over fish. Sprinkle with parsley and paprika.
3. Fold half of each parchment square over steaks to make a triangle; fold edges together twice to seal. Place packets in a 12" x 7" baking dish. Microwave at 100% (high) 6 to 8 minutes or until fish is heated through; give dish a half turn after 3 minutes. Let stand, covered, 2 minutes.
