2 eggs
1 7 1/2- to 7 3/4-ounce can salmon, drained
1/2 cup half-and-half
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease two 10-ounce casseroles or custard cups. In medium-sized bowl, with fork or wire whisk, beat eggs slightly; stir in salmon, half-and-half, chives, mustard, and salt until salmon is broken into small chunks. Pour mixture into casseroles; sprinkle lightly with paprika.
2. Set casseroles in shallow baking pan; fill pan with hot water to come halfway up sides of casseroles. Bake casseroles 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center of one casserole comes out clean.
