Salmon Cheese Mould Recipe
Ingredients
| Tomato soup | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cream cheese | 8 Ounce | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salmon | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Unflavored gelatin - 1 pkg., softened in 1/4 cup water | ||
| Small onion | 1 | |
| Celery | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Heat soup and allow cream cheese to dissolve in it.
2) Mix in gelatin to dissolve.
3) Allow to cool and stir in rest of the ingredients.
4) Into a mold, pour this mixture and refrigerate.
SERVING
5) Serve at once with crackers.
