Salmon Casserole With Mayonnaise Recipe
This delicious Salmon Casserole is from my grandma's cookbook. Salmon is one of the few ingredients I like to include in my daily cooking and this is my comfort recipe that I usually prepare using it. Even though Salmon Casserole is a Side Dish I relish it any time of the day. In my estimation, if one is a chef, one needs to have a personal recipe of Salmon Casserole, just like I do.
Ingredients
2 cup milk
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup mayonnaise
Directions
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Next day preheat oven to 325°.
Spread 1 can mushroom soup [undiluted) and 1-2 cups grated Cheddar cheese over casserole.
Bake uncovered 1 hour.
