 Soft bread crumbs2 Cup (32 tbs) (From About 4 Slices Bread)
 Chopped fresh parsley1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Salad dressing/Mayonnaise1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Dijon mustard1 Tablespoon
 Finely chopped green onions and tops2
 Egg1
 Salmon15 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 Can)
 Paprika1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Butter/Margarine1 Tablespoon
 Mustard mayonnaise1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Directions

1. Mix 1 1/2 cups of the bread crumbs, the parsley, mayonnaise, mustard, onions, egg and salmon. Cover and refrigerate about 15 minutes or until slightly firm.
2. Mix remaining bread crumbs and the paprika. Shape salmon mixture into 4 patties, each about 3/4 inch thick; coat with bread crumb mixture.
3. Place margarine on 10-inch plate. Microwave uncovered on high 20 to 30 seconds or until melted. Spread margarine evenly over plate; arrange patties on top. Cover with waxed paper and microwave 6 to 7 minutes, turning patties over after 4 minutes, until hot. Serve with Mustard Mayonnaise.
