Salmon Ball Recipe
Ingredients
| Salmon | 1 pound, drained | |
| Package cream cheese | 1 Large | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 2 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Prepared horseradish | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pecans | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Parsley | 3 Tablespoon, chopped |
Directions
Combine all ingredients except pecans and parsley; blend mixture well.
Roll into a ball; roll tightly in plastic wrap; chill for several hours.
Roll in combined parsley and pecans.
Chill until ready to serve.
May be frozen.
