Ingredients

 Salmon2 Can (10oz)
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Onion2 Teaspoon, finley chopped
 Horseradish2 Teaspoon
 Liquid smoke1/4 Teaspoon
 Salt1/8 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 1 cup Mock Cream Cheese
 Walnuts1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, chopped

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients except walnuts and parsley.
2. Shape into a ball on waxed paper, wrap, and chill 3-4 hours.
3. Sprinkle with walnuts and parsley before serving.
