Salmon Ball Recipe
Ingredients
| Salmon | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 2 Teaspoon, finley chopped | |
| Horseradish | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Liquid smoke | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 1 cup Mock Cream Cheese | ||
| Walnuts | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients except walnuts and parsley.
2. Shape into a ball on waxed paper, wrap, and chill 3-4 hours.
