Salmon And Tuna Mousse Recipe
Ingredients
1 envelope unflavored gelatin in
1/4 cup cold water
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 7-oz. can solid pack tuna
1 4-oz. can salmon
1/4 teaspoon scraped onion
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons minced green peppers
1 1/2 cups cucumbers, unpeeled and chopped fine
Directions
Soften gelatine in cold water.
Empty soup into small pan and heat to boiling point.
Add gelatine.
Stir until completely dissolved.
Drain oil from tuna into soup mixture.
Flake fish and fold in with salt and lemon juice.
Cool slightly.
Add mayonnaise and cucumbers and mix well.
Pour into a 3-pint mold.
Chill until firm.
