Salmon And Macaroni Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Macaroni | 1⁄4 Pound | |
| Pepper | 1 Pinch | |
| Paprika | 1 | |
| Salmon | 1 Cup (16 tbs), canned | |
| Hard cooked eggs | 3 | |
| Cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 2 Cup (32 tbs) |
Directions
Cook and drain macaroni.
Arrange macaroni, salmon, eggs and cheese in alternate layers in buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole, having cheese as top layer.
Meanwhile, melt butter in top of double boiler, stir in flour, salt and pepper, then milk.
Heat, stirring, until thickened.
Pour over mixture in casserole and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in hot oven 400-425°F for 30-35 minutes.
