Ingredients

 
1 can concentrated cream of mushroom soup
 
3 oz. grated cheese
 
4 tomatoes
 
1 can pink or red salmon
 
3 or 4 eggs
 
4 slices bread parsley and gherkin if wished

Directions

Put on the eggs to hard boil, meanwhile heat the soup.
Do not dilute it, and add the contents of the tin of salmon.
If desired a little chopped parsley and/or chopped gherkin can be added.
When the eggs are cooked put into cold water so that they can be shelled easily.
Halve the eggs, arrange in a dish, pour the salmon and mushroom mixture on top and cover with grated cheese.
Brown under a hot grill.
Meanwhile toast the bread and grill the tomatoes.
Arrange the tomatoes in a separate dish and cut the toast into triangles.
Put these round the edge of the fish dish.
