MAKING
1 Remove the skin and bone from salmon.
2 Finely flake it.
3 Finely Chop the cress and cucumber.
4 In a bowl, combine cress and cucumber with the salmon.
5 Add in sufficient mayonnaise to get a spreading consistency.
6 Correct the seasoning.

SERVING
