Ingredients
| 1 quantity Basic Pizza Dough | ||
| Ricotta cheese | 200 Gram, drained | |
| Dill | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Lemon thyme | 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| 250g smoked salmon slices | ||
| 1 avocado, stoned, peeled and sliced | ||
| Capers | 1 Tablespoon, drained | |
| Tomatoes | 125 Gram, halved | |
Directions
Prepare pizza dough as described in recipe, then press dough into a greased 26x32cm Swiss roll tin.
Set aside.
Place ricotta cheese, dill and thyme in a bowl and mix to combine.
Spread ricotta mixture over pizza base and bake for 15 minutes.
Top pizza with smoked salmon, avocado slices, capers and tomatoes.
Reduce oven temperature to 180°C/350°F/Gas 4 and bake for 10 minutes longer or until heated through and base is crisp and golden.
