Salmon A La King Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 60 Milliliter | |
| Green bell pepper | 125 Milliliter, diced | |
| Red bell pepper | 125 Milliliter, diced | |
| Mushrooms | 115 Gram, sliced | |
| Flour | 125 Milliliter | |
| Salt | 3 Milliliter | |
| Pepper white | 1 Milliliter | |
| Chicken broth | 250 Milliliter | |
| Milk | 250 Milliliter | |
| 750 ml cooked salmon | ||
| Egg yolk | 1 | |
| Rice | 750 Milliliter, steamed | |
Directions
In a large sauce pan, heat the butter.
Saute the peppers and mushrooms.
Sprinkle with flour and cook 2 minutes.
Add the salt, pepper, broth and milk, reduce heat and simmer until sauce is thick.
Add the salmon and continue to simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and whisk in the egg yolk.
Serve over rice.
