Salmagundi Salad with Salami and Liverwurst Recipe
Ingredients
| Potatoes | 2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Hard-cooked eggs-3, diced | ||
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Hard salami | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), cubed | |
| Liverwurst | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), cubed | |
| Sharp cheddar cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), cubed | |
| Cabbage | 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Olive oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Paprika | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1. Mix the potatoes, hard cooked eggs, celery, onions, hard salami, liverwurst, cabbage and the cheddar cheese.
2. Add the olive oil, salt and pepper to taste and mix well till completely combined.
3. Add the mayonnaise and mix well
SERVING
4. Serve the salad on the greens sprinkled with parsley.
