Ingredients

 Potatoes2 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Hard-cooked eggs-3, diced
 Celery1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Onion1 Tablespoon, minced
 Hard salami1/2 Cup (16 tbs), cubed
 Liverwurst1/2 Cup (16 tbs), cubed
 Sharp cheddar cheese1/2 Cup (16 tbs), cubed
 Cabbage1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
 Olive oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Mayonnaise1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Paprika
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING
1. Mix the potatoes, hard cooked eggs, celery, onions, hard salami, liverwurst, cabbage and the cheddar cheese.
2. Add the olive oil, salt and pepper to taste and mix well till completely combined.
3. Add the mayonnaise and mix well

SERVING
4. Serve the salad on the greens sprinkled with parsley.
