Salmagundi Recipe
Ingredients
3 quarts salad greens
1 pound cooked ham, julienned
1 pound chicken or turkey, julienned
4 hard cooked eggs, sliced
16 sweet gherkins
8 celery hearts
16 sardines
16 anchovy filets
Oil and Vinegar Dressing
Directions
Arrange salad greens on individual salad plates or on a large platter.
Place ham, chicken, eggs, gherkins, celery, sardines, and anchovies in a pattern over and around the salad greens.
Sprinkle lightly with Oil and Vinegar Dressing.
