Sally White Cake Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1 Pound | |
| Sugar | 1 1/4 Pound | |
| Flour | 1 Pound | |
| 12 eggs, beaten separately | ||
| Coconuts | 2 , grated | |
| Citron | 3 Pound, chopped | |
| 1 lb. shelled almonds, cut in small pieces | ||
| Nutmeg | 1 | |
| Cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Mace | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 wine-glass brandy or wine | ||
Directions
Cream butter and gradually add sugar.
Beat eggs separately.
Add egg yolks to sugar and butter; add whites well beaten.
Then add brandy.
Mix flour with fruits and add last.
