 Butter1 Pound

 Flour1 Pound
 12 eggs, beaten separately
 Coconuts2 , grated
 Citron3 Pound, chopped
 1 lb. shelled almonds, cut in small pieces
 Nutmeg1
 Cinnamon1 Teaspoon
 Mace1 Teaspoon
 1 wine-glass brandy or wine

Directions

Cream butter and gradually add sugar.
Beat eggs separately.
Add egg yolks to sugar and butter; add whites well beaten.
Then add brandy.
Mix flour with fruits and add last.
