Salisbury Steak Recipe
Ingredients
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1/4 cup water
1 can (10 1/4 oz.) beef or mushroom gravy
1 tablespoon catsup
Directions
Mix together ground beef, soup mix and water.
Shape into 4 loaves or 8 individual patties.
Place meat in a 12x 8x2 inch glass baking dish.
Microwave 15 minutes, giving dish a 1/2 turn during cooking.
Drain off liquid and rearrange loaves.
Combine gravy and catsup.
Pour over meat.
Microwave 5 minutes or until meat is cooked.
