Directions
In a bowl, mix gound turkey, egg white, salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce, minced onion.
Make a pattie of the mixture and refrigerate it.
Meanwhile, slice the yams and grill them.
Spary some oil and grill red onions and tomatoes.
Now grill the pattie.
Serve the pattie with grilled tomatoes, onions and yams.
