 Ground beef1 Pound

 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Milk1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Mushroom Sauce:)
 Mushroom sauce envelope1 (Mushroom Sauce:)
 Parsley flakes1 Teaspoon, dried (Mushroom Sauce:)

Directions

In medium mixing bowl, combine beef, bread crumbs, egg, 3 tablespoons milk, the parsley, salt, garlic powder and pepper.
Mix well.
Shape into 4 oval patties, about 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inches each.
Arrange patties in 9-inch square baking dish.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at High for 7 to 10 minutes, or until patties are firm and no longer pink in center, rotating dish once.
Drain.
Set aside.
Place milk in 2-cup measure.
Stir in sauce mix and parsley.
Microwave at High for 4 to 6 minutes, or until sauce thickens, stirring 2 or 3 times.
Pour sauce over patties.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) for 2 to 3 minutes, or until heated through.
