Directions

Mix beef, onion, garlic, pepper, breadcrumbs. worcestershire sauce and egg yolk and make to pseudo steaks. Brown the steaks from both the sides in a pan. Add sliced onion, bell peppers, mushrooms, garlic and saute for 2-3 minutes. Addd red wine, broth and bring to a boil. Keep stirring. Add cornstarch dissolved in water to thicken the mixture. Add fresh organo and let it boil for some more time. The Salisbury steak is ready.
