Salisbury Steak Recipe

Ingredients
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed golden mushroom soup, divided
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Chop half of mushrooms.
Combine chopped mushrooms, ground beef, 1/4 can of soup and remaining ingredients.
Shape into 6 patties and arrange in 12x8-inch dish.
Cook, covered with wax paper, at MEDIUM-HIGH 8 to 10 minutes; drain.
Combine remaining soup and mushrooms.
Pour over patties.
Cook, covered with wax paper, 3 to 4 minutes.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
Combine chopped mushrooms, ground beef, 1/4 can of soup and remaining ingredients.
