Ingredients

 Cabbage1 Medium
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 1 cup hot milk
 Flour1 Tablespoon
 Butter2 Tablespoon
 Cheese1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated

Directions

Cut cabbage in wedges about 1 inch thick.
Cook in salted water for 10 minutes.
Drain and place in greased casserole.
Sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper and dot with butter.
Add hot milk.
Top with grated cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
