Salami/Pineapple Brochettes Recipe

Ingredients

 Soy sauce4 Tablespoon (Sauce)
 Dark brown sugar2 1/2 Tablespoon (Sauce)
 Red wine vinegar2 Tablespoon (Sauce)
 Pineapple chunks pieces24 , drained (Sauce)
 24 1/2-inch chunks of salami
 12 strips red or green beUpepper
 12 small bamboo skewers or toothpicks, soaked in water 10 minutes, drained

Directions

Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl.
If you like, you can substitute bottled chutney for brushing sauce.
Prepare brochettes by threading 1 piece pineapple, 1 piece salami, 1 piece pineapple, 1 piece salami, and then a pepper strip, to create 12 brochettes.
Preheat grill.
Cook brochettes over medium-high heat until done to taste.
Turn 2 to 3 times and brush with sauce as you turn.
Salami will brown slightly.
Remove brochettes to serving dish.

How would you recommend I attempt this recipe if I don't have an outdoor grill?
