Salami Swiss Cheese Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Head of lettuce | 1 | |
| Salami | 1/4 pound, cubed | |
| 1/4 pound Swiss cheese, cut in strips | ||
| Ripe olives | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Pimiento | 1 4 Ounce, chopped | |
| 2 tomatoes, cut in eighths | ||
| Anchovies | 1 2 Ounce, chopped | |
| Salad oil | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Wine vinegar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
Directions
Break lettuce in bite-size chunks.
Add salami, cheese, olives, pimiento, tomatoes, and anchovies.
In jar, combine oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and garlic for dressing.
Shake well.
Pour dressing over vegetables and toss lightly.
