Salami Cheese Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Lettuce | 6 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup sliced salami cut in quarters | ||
| 4 ounces natural Swiss cheese, cut in strips | ||
| Ripe olives | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), pitted | |
| Pimiento | 3 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 1 2-ounce can anchovy fillets, drained and chopped | ||
| Salad oil | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Wine vinegar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1/2 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
Directions
Combine lettuce, salami, cheese, olives, pimiento, and anchovies.
In screw-top jar, combine oil, vinegar, and garlic for dressing.
Cover; shake well.
Pour dressing over salad and toss lightly.
