Salami Biscuits Recipe

These Salami Biscuits are so filling ! Biscuits without any toppings will keep you hungry even after you have half a dozen of them. Ingredients

 
1 package (7 1/2 ounces) flaky refrigerated biscuits (10) 5 slices salami, quartered
 
5 slices pasteurized process American cheese, quartered
 
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
 
Poppy seed or sesame seed

Directions

1. Preheat convection oven to 400°F.
2. Cut biscuits into quarters and flatten each piece of dough. Top half of dough pieces with a piece of salami and a piece of cheese. Top with remaining dough pieces. Seal edges.
3. Put onto two ungreased round metal trays. Brush tops with melted butter. Sprinkle with poppy seed or sesame seed.
4. Place one tray on each metal rack. Cook in convection oven 10 to 15 minutes at 400°F, or until biscuits are golden brown.
