Salami Recipe
Ingredients
| Beef pork | 5 Pound | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper - 2 1/2 tsp, coarse ground | ||
| Mustard seed | 2 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Hickory smoked salt - 1 tsp. | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to the required temperature.
2) Combine all the ingredients well with hands and keep in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
3) Once again mix the ingredients with hands.
4) Chill for another 24 hours.
MAKING
5) Make 3-inch rolls by shaping.
6) Arrange on baking rack in oven and bake for 10-12 hours or overnight at 150°F.
SERVING
7) Eat at once or freeze for later use.
