Ingredients

 Green beans1/2 pound
 1/2 pound red bliss potatoes
 2 hard-cooked eggs Iceberg lettuce, torn in large pieces
 Tuna1 Can (10oz)
 Cherry tomatoes, or 1 large tomato, quartered
 Artichoke hearts
 Pitted black olives
 Parmesan cheese, grated
 Italian dressing

Directions

Cut the green beans into 1 inch pieces; cook in a small amount of boiling salted water just until tender.
Cook the potatoes in simmering salted water for 20 minutes or until tender; cut into thick slices.
Arrange the green beans, potatoes, eggs, lettuce, tuna, tomatoes, artichoke hearts and olives on plates.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Drizzle with Italian dressing just before serving.
