1/2 cup Dia-Mel red wine vinegar salad dressing
 
1/2 cup Dia-Mel Italian salad dressing
 
1/2 tsp dried dill
 
1/2 tsp oregano
 
Dash black pepper
 
1/4 red or yellow onion, thinly sliced
 
3 oz. marinated artichoke hearts, drained
 
1 cup fresh green beans, cut and trimmed or frozen French-style green beans, thawed and drained
 
2 small Boston lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
 
1/2 cucumber, sliced
 
2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
 
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
 
1/4 cup radishes, sliced
 
1/2 cup red pepper, sliced in thin strips
 
1 med potato, cooked and sliced
 
7 oz. tuna, packed in water, rinsed
 
1/4 cup pitted black olives, sliced
 
1 hard-cooked egg, chopped

Directions

Combine salad dressing with dill, oregano and pepper.
Marinate onion, artichoke hearts and green beans in dressing mixture for 2 to 3 hours.
Before serving, combine the marinated vegetables and dressing with the remaining ingredients except the hard-cooked egg.
Toss to mix well.
Garnish with the chopped egg.
