Salad Nicoise Recipe Video
The Posh Pescatarian's version of the classic Salade Niçoise using sustainable seafood including skipjack tuna and flat anchovies.
Ingredients
1 can Skipjack tuna in oil
1 can flat anchovies in oil
3 tablespoons of capers
1 lb arugula greens
3 to 4 tomatoes (seeded)
1/4 lb haricots verts
1/4 lb baby potatoes
1/4 cup French olives
1/4 cup red onion slices
2 ounces French feta cheese
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup lemon juice
2-3 cloves of garlic
Salt & pepper to taste
French bread
