Salad Nicoise With Wine Vinegar Recipe
Ingredients
| Romaine lettuce - 1 head | ||
| Red onions | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| Cucumber | 1 | |
| Green pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Anchovies | 4 | |
| Tuna fish - 1 ,7-ounce can , drained and cut in chunks | ||
| Wine vinegar | 1 Tablespoon (Special oil - 3 tablespoons) | |
| Prepared French mustard - 1 teaspoon | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon (Special oil - 3 tablespoons) | |
| Ground black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon (Special oil - 3 tablespoons) | |
| Garlic | 1/8 Teaspoon, minced (Special oil - 3 tablespoons) | |
| Black olives | 4 (Special oil - 3 tablespoons) | |
Directions
MAKING
1.Cut lettuce in small pieces.
2.Take a bowl and arrange lettuce in it on the sides and the base.
3.Put onions, cucumber, green pepper, anchovies and tuna in the bowl.
4.Combine oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, garlic and pepper and pour the mixture over the bowlingredients.
5.Mix the salad with a fork and spoon.
SERVING
6.Serve garnished with olives.
