 Romaine lettuce - 1 head
 Red onions1/2 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
 Cucumber1

 Tuna fish - 1 ,7-ounce can , drained and cut in chunks
 Wine vinegar1 Tablespoon (Special oil - 3 tablespoons)
 Prepared French mustard - 1 teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon (Special oil - 3 tablespoons)
 Ground black pepper1/2 Teaspoon (Special oil - 3 tablespoons)
 Garlic1/8 Teaspoon, minced (Special oil - 3 tablespoons)
 Black olives4 (Special oil - 3 tablespoons)

Directions

MAKING
1.Cut lettuce in small pieces.
2.Take a bowl and arrange lettuce in it on the sides and the base.
3.Put onions, cucumber, green pepper, anchovies and tuna in the bowl.
4.Combine oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, garlic and pepper and pour the mixture over the bowlingredients.
5.Mix the salad with a fork and spoon.

SERVING
6.Serve garnished with olives.
