Ingredients

 250g new potatoes
 Fine green beans150 Gram, trimmed
 2 Cos lettuces, torn into bite-sized pieces
 Hard-boiled eggs2 , hardboiled
 Plum tomatoes4 , quartered
 1/4 cucumber, chopped into bite-sized pieces
 Black olives20 , pitted
 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
 Olive oil2 Tablespoon
 White wine vinegar1 Tablespoon
 Caster sugar1 Teaspoon
 Ground black pepper1 To taste
 Salt To Taste

Directions

Cook the potatoes in boiling water until tender, adding the beans 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
Drain and refresh under cold, running water.
Drain well.
Arrange the lettuce pieces in a large salad bowl or serving dish.
Toss together the potatoes, beans, eggs, tomatoes, cucumber, and olives, and tip them over the lettuce in the bowl.
Whisk together the dressing ingredients and season well.
