Salade De Pissenlits Recipe
Ingredients
| 350 g / 1/2 oz dandelion leaves or mache | ||
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 75 g / 3 oz rindless streaky bacon, chopped | ||
| White wine vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Wash the dandelion or mache.
2) Tear the leaves into pieces.
3) In a bowl, arrange the leaves.
MAKING
4) In a frying pan, heat the oil.
5) Fry the choppes bacon until the fat runs.
6) In the pan, pour wine vinegar and season the liquid according to taste.
7) Heat the mixture until vinear strats to fom bubbles.
8) Spoon the mixture over leaves and mix well.

9) Serve the dish as a salad.
