Salad Astoria Recipe
Ingredients

| 3 pared, cored and julienne cut Bartlett pears | ||
| 1 julienne cut green bell pepper | ||
| 1 julienne cut red bell pepper | ||
| Hazelnuts | 125 Milliliter, slivered | |
| Extra virgin olive oil | 125 Milliliter | |
| Lemon juice | 45 Milliliter | |
| Basil | 5 Milliliter | |
| Salt | 1 Milliliter | |
| Pepper | 1 Pinch | |
| 4 curly endive lettuce leaves | ||
Directions
Mix the grapefruits, pears, bell peppers and hazelnuts.
Blend the oil, lemon juice, and seasonings.
Place the lettuce leaves on chilled plates, top with salad, pour vinaigrette over salad and serve.
