 Hard boiled eggs6
 Sweet pickle relish2 Tablespoon
 Sourdough bread slice6
 Red leaf lettuce1 Bunch (100 gm)
 Tomatoes3
 Crab/Shrimp7 Ounce
 Thousand island dressing1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
 Olives2 Tablespoon
 Pickled beets2 Tablespoon
 Salt To Taste
 Mayonnaise1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Peel hard-cooked eggs and mash with a fork. Add pickle relish, mayonnaise, and salt and pepper. Chill. When ready to serve, assemble in following order: place a slice of bread on the plate and add a piece or two of lettuce. Top with a scoop of the egg salad, a tomato slice, some crab or shrimp, then a generous serving of the Thousand Island dressing. Garnish sandwich-salad with olives and pickled beets. Eat with a knife and fork.
