Salad Cream Recipe

When Salad Cream can be made at home, why go to a restaurant for it? You can serve Salad Cream as a yummy Side Dish. Milk Product is one of the few ingredients I like to include in my daily cooking and this is my comfort recipe that I usually prepare using it. In my estimation, if one calls oneself a good cook, one ought to have a personal recipe of Salad Cream, just like I do.

Ingredients

 
225 grams (8 oz.) fresh cream
 
5 to 6 tablespoons salad oil
 
1 teaspoon mustard powder
 
3 teaspoons powdered sugar
 
1 teaspoon salt
 
3 teaspoons lemon juice
 
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together. Store in a refrigerator.
