Salad Romano mlor Locarnoml with Tarragon Vinaigrette Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 lb Gruyere cheese, cut in julienne strips | ||
| Celery stalks | 2 , thinly sliced | |
| Mushrooms | 1/2 Pound, thinly sliced | |
| Parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 2 tbsp Tarragon Vinaigrette | ||
Directions
1. In a large salad bowl, toss together cheese, celery, mushrooms and parsley. Pour Tarragon Vinaigrette on top; toss well.
