Ingredients

 Salad oil1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Red wine vinegar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 Hard-boiled eggs2 , hardboiled
 4 large potatoes, cooked, pared and cut into 1/2 inch slices
 Green beans1 pound, cooked
 Red onion1 , thinly sliced
 1 tomato, cut in wedges
 Pitted black olives1 4 1/2 Ounce
 1 2-ounce can anchovy fillets, drained
 1 6 1/2-ounce can tuna, drained and cut into chunks

Directions

In a jar, combine oil, vinegar, salt and garlic; blend well.
Set aside a few egg slicesfor garnish.
In a large salad bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Pour dressing over; tossthoroughly.
Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
Garnish with reserved egg slices.
Makes 6 servings.
