Salad Nicoise Dressed With Garlic Flavored Vinaigrette Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 lettuce heart, torn into pieces | ||

| Tomatoes | 3 , quartered | |

| 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced | ||
| 8 black olives, pitted and halved | ||
| 4 anchovy fillets, chopped | ||
| Vinaigrette | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), flavored | |
Directions
Put the lettuce, onion, beans, tomatoes, peppers and eggs in a large salad bowl.
Scatter the olives and anchovies on top.
Pour the dressing over the salad just before serving.
