Ingredients

 1 lettuce heart, torn into pieces
 Spanish onion1 , finely sliced
 Green beans1/2 Pound
 Tomatoes3 , quartered
 Pepper red1 To taste, thinly sliced
 Green pepper1 To taste, thinly sliced
 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
 8 black olives, pitted and halved
 4 anchovy fillets, chopped
 Vinaigrette1/2 Cup (16 tbs), flavored

Directions

Put the lettuce, onion, beans, tomatoes, peppers and eggs in a large salad bowl.
Scatter the olives and anchovies on top.
Pour the dressing over the salad just before serving.
