Salad Nicoise Recipe

| Black olives | 12 | |
| Hard-boiled eggs - 2, quartered | ||
| Canned tuna | 7 Ounce | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon, squeezed | |
| Anchovy fillets - 12 | ||
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1 In a salad bowl, arrange lettuce leaves.
2 Sprinkle with a little Vinaigrette.
3 Arrange a layer of cold potatoes with beans and onion on top.
4 Sprinkle with dressing.
5 Add a layer of cucumber, tomatoes, olives and eggs.
6 Sprinkle with dressing.
7 In a bowl, combine lemon juice with tuna.
8 Break into flakes and add to the salad.

9 Garnish the top with a lattice effect of anchovy fillets and parsley.
