 Bibb or Boston lettuce - 1 medium head, torn
 Mandarin oranges - 1 (11-ounce) can, chilled and drained
 Avocado1/2 Medium, peeled
 Pecans - 1/2 cup coarsely chopped, toasted
 Green onions2
 Ground pepper1 To taste
 Italian salad dressing1/3 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING
1. In a medium size bowl mix the first 6 ingredients.
2. Combine Italian dressing.
3. Toss slowly.

SERVING
4. Serve Salad Mandarin with dressing.
