Salad Dressing for Mixed Greens Recipe
Ingredients
| Catsup | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 1 Tablespoon (Salad oil - 1/2 cup) | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon (Salad oil - 1/2 cup) | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 1/2 Tablespoon (Salad oil - 1/2 cup) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 1/2 Tablespoon (Salad oil - 1/2 cup) | |
| Seasoned salt | 1/2 Teaspoon (Salad oil - 1/2 cup) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) (Salad oil - 1/2 cup) | |
| Orange - 1/2 medium, unpeeled, cut in paper- thin slices | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a quart jar, add all the dressing ingredients together, except the orange.
2) Cover tightly with the lid and shake well.
3) Add the orange slices, cover and chill overnight in the refrigerator.
SERVING
4) Use the prepared 2 cups Salad Dressing for Mixed Greens salad.
