Ingredients

 Hard-boiled eggs2 , hardboiled
 Castor sugar 1 tsp.
 Mustard1/4 Teaspoon
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Vinegar (white) 3 tbsp. (45 ml.)
 Cream or eva-porated milk 150 ml.

Directions

1. Rub yolks of eggs through a sieve.
2. Add seasoning and mix well together.
3. Moisten with the vinegar and work till smooth.
4. Add gradually and carefully, the cream or milk.
