Directions

1 Trim crusts from thin-sliced soft white bread; flatten each slice with rolling pin; spread to edges with softened butter or margarine.
2 Spoon 1 1/2 tablespoons chicken salad in center; fold bread diagonally; press edges to form cones.
3 Arrange in single layer on a foil-lined tray.
CHICKEN SALAD
Mix 2 cups minced cooked chicken, 1/2 cup minced toasted almonds, 2 tablespoons minced parsley, 4 teaspoons lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon curry powder, and 1 cup dairy sour cream in bowl.
