Salad Burgers Recipe
Ingredients
| Vinegar | 1/4 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1/4 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 1 Cup(16 tbs), chopped | |
| Tomato | 1 Large, diced | |
| Cucumber | 1/2 Medium, thinly sliced | |
| Ground beef | 2 Pound | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 8 hamburger buns, split and toasted | ||
Directions
Mix vinegar, water, sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
Add vegetables.
Cover; chill thoroughly.
Mix beef, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper; shape into 16 patties.
Broil beef patties 3 inches from heat till done, about 8 minutes, turning once.
Place half the beef patties on bottom of buns.
Drain vegetable mixture; spoon some onto patties.
Top with remaining beef patties and more vegetables.
Add bun tops.
Add vegetables.
